The negative Communication was terrible. Tried phoning a few times but got no answer. Resorted to email. Ordered on the 5th May. Order status was 'processing' for a week so I emailed for an update on the 12th May. Received a reply on the 15th and was told the exhaust would be sent out that Thursday (18th). Emailed again on the 24th as I still hadn't received the exhaust and the order status hadn't changed from 'processing'. Had a reply apologising for the delay and advising that it would be shipped out in the next couple of days. Emailed again a week later on the 31st May and was told that it would be shipping that day. Had the despatch confirmation later that day and the exhaust was finally delivered on Friday 2nd June. The positives Really well made and easy to fit. Sounds amazing and quite surprised with the noticeable increase in speed. Looks very good on the bike.
