Great service - boots are to replace an old pair bought in a shop a few years ago that are still going strong but just a bit too scruffy for everyday use so now used for gardening! The new ones are exactly the same and are good quality - only one slight problem one zip always gets stuck halfway up (hence 4 stars rather than 5). As I searched high and low to find a pair to replace my old boots I'm hoping this doesn't become a bigger problem. Can't fault Rogerson for their prompt delivery and the little handwritten note inside is a nice touch.
