Good shoes but had to push a couple of times to get these delivered to the local store within their 'latest estimated delivery date' quoted on ordering. If I hadn't pushed at my local store these would have arrived too late for my needs. I don't feel it is unreasonable to expect faster delivery and/or an update on the status of an order.
