Lovely shoes - pleasant staff. Used Peebles store often.
However for a shoe shop not offer replacement laces to customers for products purchased is beyond me. Such a simple issue and all the good work on displays /service etc are lost in an instant. Its clearly a senior management decision - make the profit on product and after sales is non-existent.
