the product is fine as it was what I saw in one of your stores. However, have to say very disappointed when attempting to purchase these in your Inverness store that the assistant was only interested in selling me the pair that was made up from the display and obviously one was very much used and the other brand new. Told me that was all they had and asked her to order me a new pair said she could'nt do that. I told her I would then go and order them myself on line and she said it was likely it would be the same pair as they would come from the shop. £69.00 is not a cheap pair of slippers and I expected better service from your stores and assistants and if indeed that is how you train staff and is your retail policy then no wonder shops in the high street are closing at a rate of noughts. Why should a customer be expected to purchase a pair of shoes/slippers when one has been so obviously used and the other brand new - would be as good as wearing to odd shoes/slippers. The product I eventually received was as expected but your review score would have been higher if my visit to your Inverness Store in the Eastgate Centre had been better. Due to my experience would I shop in your stores again - probably not, would I use click and collect - most certainly not as the assistant advised that stock would come from the store so likely to get display stock. would I buy online possibly.
