My late husband got a Rockdoor fitted thinking that I would be safe when he passed away. We had it fitted by a trusted Builder back in Dec'19 before he died. Now the door is sticking and I cannot get in without having to push my whole body against it to open it. Its like a merry go round trying to contact Rockdoor to find someone to fix it? Finally contacted GAP and as the builder has emigrated I have no warranty! so no one will look at it, so going to have to find a Builder and more than likely get it replaced! at my own cost, so much for warranties? not quite what my husband had in mind for me., I will never ever have a Rockdoor again. No service, no help and no one cares. Not a company I want to give my money to. There was not a 'No Star' review so had to give 1 which is far to high as far as I am concerned.
