Have just purchased two Tascam products from this branch. Although it took a long time to establish that one of these was still available, this resulted from poor communication from the manufacturers.
Once availability was confirmed the transaction was expertly finalised by Ben who personally delivered the goods and installed them for me promptly and most efficiently.
He exhibited the kind of old-fashioned courtesy that is rare to find these days and I wish him every success within the company.
