As someone has stated on this website the company do not give a toss about people's belongings. We have had several items smashed even though they were packed correctly and boxes marked fragile. I had crystal smashed that was passed down from my belated mother they won't take responsibility for. Limited edition Stellla Glass smashed A 43incj TV broken and many more items gone missing and we are still left with boxes we have yet to open along with original vinyls which had been manhandled. The company stayed outside their 7 day policy and I signed on the removal day. This is nit a way to run a company. Despicable and the staff are rude when speaking to them on the phone. Stay away do not use.
