11 phone calls over the following day during my work which was a little unhelpful. (and one the following day while writing this review!)
Was really looking for e-mail quotes so I could look at them in my own time and take my time considering them.
If you are looking to speak to someone by phone(potentially lots of people) then this is the place to go (although I'd be wary that you will now be getting calls forever from people trying to sell you things) but stay clear if your looking for a more considerate approach to gaining quotes. (e.g. e-mail quotes)
