Ordered near £500 worth of items. Arrived very quickly but the box was damaged.
A small £9 item was missing, I queried it and was implied that i was lying and the item was in there. I then mentioned the state of the box it arrived in and never had a reply.
UPDATE. I've had a reply, and a new item will be sent out as a goodwill gesture.
