Shocking! I needed an item for next day delivery and spoke to someone in their team to ensure it would come through in time. I paid extra for the next day service, confirmed they had everything needed to ship my order on time. I was promised and had email confirmation that I would.... Great News! I chased this delivery on the next day, the day after.... and daily until I logged my complaint 1 week after it hadn't been received. It wasnt until the delivery company managed to contact me (By opening the parcel) to state that there was no address label on this item just "Hayley! I sent proof of this as requested to the complaints team, but they still take no responsibility. This item is useless to us now and still not received after 2 weeks. We remain out of pocket. Please find another source for your items.
