2 mal aufgetaute Ware erhalten, auf meine email bezüglich der letzten Lieferung die auch aufgetaut war,seit 6 Tagen keine Antwort. DPD schickt Bestätigungsmails raus, obwohl keine Ware zugestellt wurde.Die vorletzte Sendung kam 2 Tage! zu spät, daher komplett aufgetaut, Paket war offensichtlich von Montag bis Donnerstag unterwegs...Bei empfindlicher Kühlware wie Fischgerichten unmöglich, wo sind die Temperaturlogger und die Dokumentation in dem Fall? Und die Kontrolle?!
