Whilst I could not fault the company in any way whatsoever (products great and prices too) I do take issue with the delivery company who left my parcel by the front door whilst we were away despite my instructions for safe place deposit. It OK to take a photo but when it's left outside overnight and in some of the heaviest rain we have had this year, the photo meant nothing. Fortunately, on our return the following day there was little damage, the outer packing box absorbed most of the rain but it does make me wary of purchasing from a company that uses such an unreliable service.
