Service was very good, delivered very quickly after the order was placed although I did have to pay extra for delivery as I needed the parts next day. The reason I gave it 3* was the price. £40 each for 2 crome plastic toilet flush plates to fit Ideal Standard enclosed units was expensive. They weren't original Ideal Standard either.
