"I made a mistake in my order so I asked to cancel it and asked for a refund.
They promptly cancelled on July 7th, promising they would refund, but they didn't so far. Three emails to their customer service went unanswered.
Should I consider this a scam?"
Following this review (I had given 2 stars, now updated) the seller promptly refunded and apologized. Now I made a new order and am waiting for delivery.
The problem imho lies in the lack of communication around the time they say they need to make a refund. So I would suggest them to publish or include in their emails this important piece of information to avoid waste of time on both sides.
