Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and no long waiting times when phoning.
They sorted out everything and I had 4 different pension policies to deal with of which one of them put up some resistance in releasing my pension funds, though we got there in the end
I had no idea how pensions work and what needed to be done (still don't) so I could not have done any of this including releasing my tax fee cash, without Pension Access.
