I was told on more than one occasion that delivery would be Thursday December 2nd which was great as I knew I would be in. As it turned out Royal Mail tried to deliver it on Wednesday 1st when I was out. I asked for redelivery today the 4th but it has not arrived, so I still haven’t got it.
