Absolutely appealing disgusting service ever. When I first signed up to this company, I thought hey, I'm getting a deal. Later one, I thought, hey, I'm starting up a business, signup again to their service, cheap cheerful keep cost down. How wrong I am. You ever deal with the devil, this is what this company is like, you fall for their sales pitch and services for first year, then afterwards. Especially if you fail to pay it, they add fees on top of them and even send it to a debt collector instead of automatically terminating your account. I didn't plan to agree to some creditors contract when I signup to this company. When my website was due, they bung on over £100, yes, I can claim it on the expense but I'm trying to build up a business, I didn't even agree to such substantial amount of money especially when signing up. After paying this all off, I have requested to have both accounts terminated, I will be looking else where like their competitors godaddy. I will also be contacting my solicitor to look into their terms and conditions and possibly will be contacting trading standards regarding this. I feel like I've been cheated out of nearly £200 from this company, all I can say to people, avoid like the plague. Deal with the devil you will get burned later on.
