Ordered on next Day service, stating it was urgent. 2 days later tracking showed courier had not received so requested to cancel. Company refused. Order was only attempted for delivery 5 days later. Order was returned to company as it was too late. Company refused to refund any postage costs, despite paying for a next day service that was not received. They also failed to respond to emails regarding resolving this. Avoid.
