Same issue - luckily I only brought one as mistakenly picked up the wrong purse, had intended to buy a load, glad I didn't. Didn't work at all and you can not seem to get a refund or response anywhere. Friends have also had the same experiece. www.okcigs.co.uk get in touch surely this isn't good for your brand - if you care that is.
