Terrible company, avoid at all costs!!
Charged my 85 year old mother for electricity they had been supplying to a neighbour’s house for over 3 years.
It’s been 8 months, and despite a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman, which was upheld, they still haven’t settled! It has been 8 months trying to get them to do the right thing.
Avoid.
