Went to Next at Kingswood & saw a coat on a a manequin I wanted to purchase, so I saw 2 Assistants on shop floor talking, so I enquired whereabouts the coats where? I got the impression I was an inconvenience for disturbing them! One of them pointed & said "they are down there." My size was not on rail so I asked another assistant, who offered to go to the warehouse, but one of the other 2 overheard & said " ,there is none in warehouse, we sold the last one 2 hours ago". When I got home I checked the stock on- line & it did have one my size, so I was furious, as it proves that this assistant thought I was a nuisance for wanting to purchase a £90 coat. Wish I had got her name. Maybe she should attend a course to learn Customer skills afterall that is what she is getting paid for.😭
