Absolutely disgusting behaviour of staff. Some of our order cane out with frozen chips, literally, the corn on the cob had stringy bits (alot), and the Food order was wrong. We had to send 2 of the 3 orders back. Another didnt come at all. When we complained about the latter, we were met with aggressive and rude behaviour from waiting staff. Despite receiving our money, another member of staff (Kirk) came over to our table and SNATCHED our food plates from our hands and said "well you received a refund so you have no right to eat this food". The manager was informed and apologised and said "i didnt know he would do that", but this shown that staff had no respect for their manager, as they went above his authority to deal with a matter that was already dealt with. We were berated infront of the whole restaurant. We felt threatened and violated. We believe this was directly related to us being Muslim - we were definitely treated with utmost disrespect. We were then followed near the exit by another staff member, Noah, who further threatened our presence at the restaurant. As three Muslim women, there was a total disregard of our well-being and safety. I have informed the authorities and will take the matter further. We also have witnesses to verify the same.
