Struggling to find a company to replaxce my old knackered boiler, I cam across RIGTIO, I reluctantly took out the home boiler care at £23, which included the free boiler service annually. I felt i had to take out the plan just so i could get the boiler changed and although i didn't really want to, They were pushy, it seemed like a priority for them to sell this to me. Please be warned, this company will not call you to arrange the free service, the onus will be on you (Bad customer service), to remember. I did, so a few weeks ago i called to arrange a call back at a more convenient time. I had already given notice on the plan (Cheaper elsewhere). They called back to day and instead of arranging a convenient date and time for the service, they wanted to service the boiler today or tomorrow, which for me is at too short notice. They were not willing to service the boiler after the end date, bearing in mind that i had already paid for it within the scope of the plan. Disgustingly, they are asking me, again being pushy to sign up to a new contract, poor customer service at a time when they know I do not want to. If i were you, I wouldn't bother with this company, they do use outside contractors form all over, so you'll be just as well to go elswhere anyway. Steer well clear, i hate companies like this. There's no reason not to offer me a date, other than they don't want to or are trying to blackmail me into signing up again. Go to hell Rightio! you ain't getting another penny out of me. Treating customers like this is bad practice, I will be reporting you to the governing body. Up Yours!
