Purchased mattress topper for caravan. Well made and fitted lovely, no washing label, so put in dryer on low heat, but it burned. Sent back.
They replaced eventually, due to covid took longer to arrive. Does not fit correctly and very badly made, stitching coming undone before we even used it. Oh and still no washing instruction label. Will not be using again 😡
