My experience was overall a good one the appointment was roughly on time had to wait 10 minutes but nothing like some I’ve had where 7 or 8 people waiting only one in front of me and one guy waiting after me . Eyesight blood pressure and questionnaire in and out in 15 minutes. The only thing I didn’t notice was receipt was for what I paid on the day not including the deposit so I’ve lost 10 pounds , check it before you leave .
