Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome; however, I encountered an issue that I would like to bring to your attention.During my initial visit, I did not have the required medical report, resulting in the need for a second visit. While I understand the importance of adhering to the necessary procedures, I found it unfair to be charged for the service twice. It would be appreciated if there could be a consideration for a reduced fee, perhaps at least half, for the second visit.I believe such an adjustment would not only be fair but also contribute to a more positive customer experience
