Gosh....21 days. I think Millets have achieved the official record for the longest refund in history. And I won't be glossed over because of COVID because I am a senior person in retail knowing how customer service, supply chain, factories and accounts work. Millets are taking HUGE advantage of the pandemic. Very sad since I ordered the next size up on the coat so they still make money from me (I returned the 8 and got a 10).
Come on guys...you are supposed to be a lovely old UK company. sort it out.
