I went this morning to get some food before the rush, the self service till wasn't scanning my items, the advisor came to assist but said I had to go to a check out, there wasn't any open so she opened a till to serve me, she was very put out it felt like I was an inconvenience, she had brown shoulder length curly hair a lazy eye and was very miserable, I haven't shopped there for ages so was looking forward to it today but I just felt i was very unwelcome!
