We booked a transfer from Heathrow airport to our hotel in Southampton before our cruise the following day. The driver arrived on time, was helpful with luggage and we had a smooth drive to Southampton in a comfortable Mercedes sedan. The journey took around 1 hour 15 minutes. 100% good value - the savings against taking the train were minimal and we really didn't want the hassle of dragging our luggage around.
