The driver and the ride were excellent but trying to get together at the airport was a problem. Your documentation told me to go stand in front of the coffee shop area where he would be. He said that he found that got too busy so he was waiting over on the far side not directly in front of the coffee shop. This resulted in quite a bit of anxiety on our part as we could not Find the driver. When we tried calling him, all we got was an answering machine. That's a problem.
