Having paid extra for delivery to the Sth West, I was disappointed to hear the 2 delivery men came the night before I was expecting them, while I was out, and they left my queen size headboard outside my apartment. Living alone I had to find someone to help me carry it into my property. I arranged and paid for a handyman to fit it to my wall, only to find the wood fixing batten they had fitted to the frame was too thin and didn't fit flush to the sides, so it couldn't be fitted. I have to pay for the handyman to return now to add another piece of wood in order for it to reach and fit over the wall bracket. The headboard itself is lovely and well made, just a pity they didn't ensure the fixing design would work.
