After ordering and paying, the wrong item was delivered. There is no customer service by phone so had to engage in a long drawn out email exchange. Acknowledging their mistake they then would not send me what I'd ordered. The result was that I had to look online through their parts to find what had been delivered to me, get the item code and take a photo, inform them and send it back. Not until they received it back would they then send me what I'd paid for, which was more expensive than the part they incorrectly sent me. Why they couldn't just send me what I'd payed for after admitting their mistake was annoying. It's a poor system for genuine concerns that results in more unnecessary delays and poor customer service going back and forth between emails. The upshot is l doubt that I will use machine 7 again. They have nowhere near the customer service of Just kampers or custom and commercial or even vee wee. Over all very dissatisfied.
