I recvd an ultra lite lulu guinness umbrella as a birthday present in June 2023, it broke on first use. I have been complaining to their customer service since this happened via email, Facebook and today complained on twitter and Instagram. The only response I have ever received is a auto reply on Facebook. My advice is stay away from this company, as they only care about the sale and once they have your money they just ignore you, in the hope you will go away
