It has now been nearly two weeks since I placed my order based on an advertised delivery of “3-4 working days”. The UPS tracking link shows the same message it has displayed since I placed the order: ie: Lucrin has not supplied UPS with the item, so they cannot advise a delivery date. It is not acceptable to advertise a fulfilment time of "3-4 working days” and two weeks later to have still not despatched the item or provide any explanation about when they will fulfil the order. Due to this company’s scamming and lies, I requested that they cancel my order and process a refund. They declined to do this despite the fact that they have still not dispatched the item and appear to have no intention to do so any time soon. It is difficult to imagine a worse customer service situation. My experience is clearly not an isolated incident as revealed by the numerous other one star reviews for Lucrin here and elsewhere. With this appalling lack of customer service, Lucrin does not deserve to remain in business and I can only hope that the rapidly escalating poor reviews may bring about their demise. Repeat customers are extremely valuable. I was a repeat customer, but after this experience…NEVER AGAIN!
