I regularly shop at Lidl and Waitrose depending on the products I need.
Lidl's quality and value is excellent and I just love their wine section.
One issue though, that of public safety, is a concern. The Welsh Government website clearly states that facemasks are mandatory in all Welsh shops, yet when I approached a staff member today (Thursday 21st October) about the lack of mask wearing by a number of shoppers I was informed that masks were not obligatory.
