Landlords, find your own tradesmen as work not checked before payments made or work not done but charged for.
My property was left in a disgusting mess no repairs done I'd paid for & even though the agent agreed verbally would not admit in writing.
Had the most stressful 3 years with Leaders of Wigan stay well away.
