My order was dispatched and delivered without delay and I was notified every step of the way. The courier gave me a one hour delivery window and delivered it five minutes into that window. It just shows what is possible if they care to apply themselves. If this kind of pinpoint accuracy is achievable by one company, one would imagine all of them would apply themselves to it, but sadly it isn't the case! Thank you very much for exemplary service.
