Goods not delivered on promised day (Friday). Asked for refund as goods lost - refused. No tracking number available..... Goods eventually delivered (Tuesday) - but to unknown person & address A couple of days later the place where they were delivered sent to our company Asked for goods to be collected and money refunded - no answer so refund via credit card / small claims courts being sort
