We purchased and expensive Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer which upon unpacking following delivery we found a dent in the door. Lucy (Director) insisted that it left the store without a dent and would not accept that it could have possibly happened in transit or unloading, she was incredibly defensive and even came to our house to look at the product, though it was clear from the outset that she had no intention of taking any responsibility. We contacted Fisher and Paykel directly who said that the item was within 30 days of delivery and therefore is covered by the warranty and Lucy should have known that it was our statutory right to be offered a replacement. So all of the upset was completely unnecessary! Fisher and Paykel replaced the door free of charge.
Kensington appliances might be cheap but from our experience be careful if you need after care service.
