Firstly I’ll point out that I have never had any reason to complain when visiting any of the Jenkins’ stores. Customer service is usually of a high standard and the food as always is excellent. However, last week I witnessed a member of your team ridicule a customer in front of everyone in the store by mimicking their accent and basically making fun. The customer was with her elderly mum and they were clearly confused as to what was happening. The member of staff was rude, offensive and rascist and clearly needs training so that she doesn’t damage your reputation. Kind regards.
