I turned up on time for my appointment to replace the battery in my pixel 3. I had made this appointment 9 days previously. I was told by the person in charge of the outlet in Westfield Stratford, that there was no pixel 3 battery available to him. It was clear from my booking that I needed a replacement battery for a pixel 3. There absolute was absolutely no attempt to contact me in advance and tell me not to waste my time travelling there. The best person behind the counter could do was (literally) to shrug his shoulders at me and tell me to complain to customer services
