My online subscription has been down for 12 hrs and at hour 10 finally able to speak to a person who indicated it would take around 15min. Two hours later still down and the second customer service person indicated that person should not have committed to that timeframe and ask if I would like to cancel my subscription!
Technical support is not a strong element of this organizations offering-they also do not have after business hours support.
