So I order item over 2 weeks ago..... and paid extra for next day delivery sent an email on 15th requesting whereabouts of item... didnt hear back and today the 28th I send another email from there website and within a few hours I get a confirmation of dispatch...... NO apology email no offer refund of postage as 16 odd days doenst really count as next day delivery i paid for ... Great way to run a business 👏
