Having bought some cones previously from a large online fulfilment centre that smelt like burnt cardboard looked for a company that sold a better product.
What a mistake I made.....
Took an age to arrive.
Far more expensive and far less.
Still smelt like burnt cardboard.
Going back to insense sticks, cones are a waste of money.
Shame on you Insense heaven for making out your product is any better.
Utter rubbish.
Any chance of a refund?
