The product itself is maybe good. My problem is with the seller. They accept returns within 14 days and that is only if: (i) The product was delivered damaged, (ii) An incorrect product was delivered, (iii) The product is defective. What happens if there is other reason? The person who received has asthma and doesn't want to use it. Therefore unwanted Christmas present. Why not take it back? They never replied to my email. I would never buy from them again.
