Changed to Premier because the company I've always used was sold and the new company never turned up for an airport collection for a friend. Having spoken to several companies that specialise in airport drop offs and pick ups Premier was by far the more professional and within minutes all the travel details were confirmed in writing. They arrived 10 minutes early, the taxi was clean the driver was polite and friendly. There was a change into which terminal we flew and the company sent an email confirming all was in hand. The same driver was waiting for us and helped with the luggage. I will definitely use Premier again and have recommended them to my friends.
