It was not stressful to get an appointment and the consultant was good in explaining the process. The consultant was very good at answering my questions and giving advice and information about the procedure I wanted to undertake. The approach of the staff is also friendly. I was notified when my consultant was off sick and the appointment was rescheduled.
Generally the approach of the entire staff was warm and friendly from the first day I visited the clinic.
