Have been trying since 5 January to request return of the item no one has answered any of my numerous emails ! Looking at reviews I am not the only one trying to get a refund. Have now had to involve my bank … will never use HSK home again and I would most definitely not recommend to anyone so they don’t receive the service I have!!!
