Pre ordered dvd that came out 1st February I get message stating delays on despatching standard post ok so now this shitty company wants every one to be Toffs and pay say £6 for an item to make sure it gets despatched, despite the services you pay for you would of thought delay on despatching would effect all services not just standard . HMV you still lack in morals where customers are and with services like this you will not last long before going back on the list of closures you are a disgrace. despatch today 2nd February or REFUND this is your ultimatum as I did not ask you to delay my order because of the way I pay on line
